Hi — I'm the one who answers the phone, makes the sawdust, and packs the truck. Haynes Craftsman started in 2021 in a one-car garage, building benches and shelves for friends and neighbors.

I work mostly in solid hardwoods — white oak, walnut, ash, maple — and I try to use the same joinery a furniture maker would have used a hundred years ago: mortise and tenon, dovetails, drawbored pegs. Not because it's old-fashioned, but because it lasts.
